Description

You will design and oversee the implementation of scalable Salesforce architectures, providing technical direction for development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document architecture and design patterns to guide development.
• Collaborate with developers and integration teams to implement technical solutions.
• Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
• Analyze business requirements and provide technical feedback to functional domain architects and Product Owners.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
• Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Call Center, Chatter, and Einstein.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration and development using Flows, Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce, and Lightning Components (Aura or LWC).
• Proven experience with data mapping and migrating data from legacy systems to Salesforce objects.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ServiceNow, Snowflake, Service Mesh, and Fabric architectures.
• Ability to design solutions outside the Salesforce platform using Heroku, AWS, Python, or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience managing CI/CD processes using Scratch Orgs or Sandbox-based approaches.
• Strong technical communication skills for interacting with both business and engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AppExchange applications.
