Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce integrations and data models to support complex business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications with a focus on integration and data architecture.
• Build and maintain seamless integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Architect and optimize Salesforce data models to ensure data integrity and scalability.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions while providing guidance on security models and governor limits.
• Mentor junior team members on coding standards, best practices, and technical leadership.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of experience in Salesforce environments.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Integration using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Proven experience in Data Architecture and Integration Architecture.
• Ability to lead agile ceremonies and handle project estimation.
• Experience driving DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong capability in creating technical documentation and data architecture diagrams.
