Description

Lead the technical architecture and end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs on the Force.com platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess and design secure, high-performance technical solutions spanning multiple platforms, including integration and authentication strategies.
• Own end-to-end technical aspects, including data modeling, migrations, quality assurance, and third-party integrations.
• Manage CI/CD and release management processes for all Salesforce technology efforts.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• 2+ years of experience with Public Sector Foundation for licensing and permitting.
• Experience with at least two full Salesforce.com lifecycle implementations.
• Proficiency in custom development using APEX, Force.com, Java, and SOQL.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow Builder, Visual Flow Pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proven experience migrating from Workflow rules and Process Builder to Flow Builder.
• Successful implementation of Batch Apex, Apex triggers, and Apex classes.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of web services, REST services, and enterprise data transport technologies.
• Experience with AppExchange products such as Clariti Basic Gov and Conga Composer.
• Experience with data backup and recovery using Own (formerly OwnBackup).
