Description

Lead the design and technical strategy for Salesforce and affiliated platform solutions. Own the end-to-end delivery of Sales and platform solutions, from backlog refinement to release management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research into client Salesforce usage to produce findings reports, recommended steps, and solution roadmaps.
• Define success and acceptance criteria for every story while overseeing the design of Salesforce solutions.
• Supervise configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment processes.
• Act as release manager by approving configuration and code deployments between environments.
• Facilitate user adoption and design new processes in coordination with stakeholders and SMEs.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience specifically as a Salesforce Technical Architect.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator and Certified Technical Architect credentials.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform, including custom apps, objects, formula fields, workflows, and flows.
• Expertise in Salesforce flows and data management.
• Proficiency with SOQL, Salesforce.com, and Visualforce.
• Experience with Partner Management, Commercial Deals, and Promotion tools.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices and functionality.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to design and implement new processes that drive user adoption.
