Description

You will lead the overall solution architecture for Salesforce implementations while taking ownership of technical aspects across the entire development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions based on detailed client requirements, communicating the architecture clearly to executive stakeholders.
• Own all technical aspects of Force.com implementations, including custom code, system integrations, and third-party applications.
• Manage the delivery of cloud-based solutions, driving key solution design decisions throughout the project.
• Assume technical responsibility for all stages of the software development process to ensure compliance with application standards.
• Create environment plans, security approaches, data migration strategies, and testing plans.

Required Skills

• Over 15 years of experience in IT & Consulting, specifically focusing on Salesforce and related technology platforms.
• Deep, hands-on experience with Salesforce.com architecture and APIs.
• Experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with software development of Salesforce.com products.
• Proficiency with Salesforce APIs, Apex, Visualforce, and Web Services.
• Experience completing multiple Salesforce.com implementation projects requiring integration to legacy systems.
• Understanding of relational databases structure (e.g., Microsoft Sql Server, MySQL, Postgresql, Oracle).
• Ability to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions using reusable components.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives with competing deadlines.
