Description

You will lead the solution architecture for Salesforce implementations, owning technical decisions across the entire development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions based on client requirements, communicating architecture to executive stakeholders.
• Own technical aspects of Force.com implementations, including custom code, system integrations, and third-party applications.
• Manage cloud-based solution delivery and drive key design decisions.
• Ensure compliance with application standards across all software development stages.
• Create environment plans, security approaches, data migration strategies, and testing plans.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT and consulting experience, focused on Salesforce and related platforms.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in Salesforce.com architecture and APIs.
• Proficiency with Salesforce APIs, Apex, Visualforce, and Web Services.
• Experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proven track record completing multiple Salesforce implementation projects, including legacy system integrations.
• Strong understanding of relational database structures (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Ability to identify automation opportunities and implement reusable components.
• Experience managing multiple complex initiatives with competing deadlines.
