You will design and implement scalable Salesforce architectures, leading end-to-end implementations and providing technical direction across projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce architectures, including Apex development, automation frameworks, and complex data models.
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations and provide technical leadership across projects and teams.
• Develop and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and external services.
• Define and optimize security, sharing, and visibility models across the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Build and enhance AI-driven migration tools, including dependency mapping and platform transformation strategies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Salesforce platform internals, and real-world implementation.
• Strong experience in designing scalable solutions, leading migrations, and working with APIs.
• Proficiency in data modeling, security/sharing models, and automation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building AI-driven migration tools and platform transformation strategies.
• Proven track record of reviewing code and ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.
