You will design and build scalable Salesforce solutions, integrating complex backend systems and emerging AI capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Apex classes, triggers, and batch/queueable processes while managing governor limits and test patterns.
• Implement declarative automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes, evaluating trade-offs for each.
• Manage data visibility via OWD, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and Apex sharing models.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, change data capture, and Salesforce Connect.
• Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows into Salesforce platforms.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.
• Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, custom objects, and formula fields.
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, named credentials, and external services.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, and territory management.
• Experience with CPQ, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Industries clouds (FSC, Health Cloud).
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Metadata API, SFDX CLI, and Tooling API.
• Ability to read and review Python code (FastAPI, LangChain) for PRs and change proposals.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Industries / Vlocity experience.
• Background in CRM strategy or transformation consulting.
• Experience building internal tools, accelerators, or published Salesforce content.
