Description

You will design and implement technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions leveraging Sales Cloud and Service Cloud architectures.
• Implement custom logic using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Configure complex business processes through Salesforce Flow.
• Manage and maintain the Salesforce data model and sharing/security models.
• Apply technical expertise across FSL, CPQ, RCA, and RCB modules.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience configuring Salesforce Flow.
• Working knowledge or project exposure to FSL, CPQ, RCA, and RCB.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model and sharing/security models.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I, Administrator, or App Builder certification.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
