Description

Lead the technical architecture and end-to-end delivery of large-scale Salesforce implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own all technical aspects of Salesforce programs, including data migrations, integrations, and custom development.
• Design and document architecture solutions spanning multiple platforms and authentication systems.
• Manage technical change control and release processes using CI/CD workflows.
• Assess platform architecture to deliver secure solutions and identify technical risks.
• Provide technical leadership through coaching, mentoring, and establishing best practices for deployment and testing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of development experience on the Salesforce platform.
• 7+ years leading enterprise Salesforce implementations for 300+ users.
• Proven experience with complex data migrations and ETL efforts into Salesforce.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications like Oracle and SAP.
• Strong foundation in Apex, Force.com, .Net, and Java.
• Deep understanding of Batch Apex and Scheduled Apex development.
• Proficiency in web services and data transport technologies for enterprise environments.
• Expertise in relational database concepts, structures, and system analysis.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and release management.
