Description

Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce implementations leveraging Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud, with deep focus on Patient Services Programs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design patient data models using Unified Patient Record, Care Plans, Patient Journeys, and Life Sciences industry data models.
• Architect solutions for patient enrollment, insurance benefits verification, hub services, therapy orchestration, and adverse event reporting.
• Define technical strategy, integration architecture, security models, and governance for multi-org or hyper-cloud environments.
• Lead complex integrations with external systems including Veeva, IQVIA, specialty pharmacies, EHR/EMR, and middleware like MuleSoft.
• Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and org health assessments while mentoring development teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with 4–5 years as a Technical or Solution Architect.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud (must-have) and Life Sciences Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of OmniStudio (Vlocity) components including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Flows.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integration patterns, MuleSoft, and ETL tools.
• Strong command of security and sharing models (OWD, Sharing Rules, Permission Sets, Profiles).
• Data architecture and large data volume handling experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD practices using Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and healthcare interoperability standards.
• Knowledge of Veeva CRM and Einstein AI integration patterns.
