Description

Design and deliver enterprise-level Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Community Clouds, managing the full system architecture landscape.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define system architecture landscapes and identify gaps between current and desired end-states.
• Document business processes and create wireframes using UML, sequence diagrams, and process flow tools.
• Manage environment, release management, code versioning, and deployment for single-org and multi-org consolidation projects.
• Oversee the direction and implementation of CRM solutions through the full SDLC.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the software development lifecycle.
• 5-6 years of experience in Salesforce configuration and CRM implementation.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls.
• Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Strong background in database design and system architecture.
• Experience with both waterfall and agile software development methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with automated software development tools.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate degree.
• Salesforce certification.
