Description

Design and implement technical solutions focused on Salesforce Data Cloud and CRM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, including data models, flows, and integrations.
• Implement integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and external data sources using APIs and ETL tools.
• Customize Data Cloud functionalities using Apex and Lightning components.
• Automate data processing and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain technical documentation for data models, integration processes, and custom solutions.

Required Skills

• 4-5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Deep proficiency in Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce CRM.
• Strong expertise in Apex and Lightning components.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar integration tools.
• Solid understanding of ETL processes and data modeling.
• Experience managing data quality, consistency, and security through governance.
• Proficiency in AMPScript for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong analytical skills for debugging and ensuring data integrity.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant or Platform Developer I/II certifications.
• Experience integrating with cloud platforms like GCP or AWS.
