Description

Design and implement scalable technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. Translate complex business requirements into efficient, scalable technical architectures and design patterns. Lead the customization, configuration, and development of Salesforce modules. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders. Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable technical architectures and design patterns for the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Lead the customization, configuration, and development of Salesforce modules.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Translate complex business requirements into efficient technical solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience working with Salesforce, specifically Sales Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SOQL and Salesforce.com platform capabilities.
• Deep understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Experience working within the Media industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications including Certified Administrator, Platform Developer I, and Salesforce Architect.
• Hands-on experience with Media Cloud implementation.
