Description

You will design and lead complex Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service project implementations as an Architect or Lead Developer.
• Develop technical designs, architecture diagrams, and documentation for the Work Management Platform.
• Guide configuration, customization, and integration strategies for the Leankor platform to meet client requirements.
• Define data migration and integration plans between non-Salesforce systems and the platform.
• Provide expert recommendations on Service Cloud and Field Service operational models.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience implementing Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service.
• Minimum 5 years in solution architecture with a focus on the Salesforce platform.
• Four or more relevant Salesforce certifications (Architecture/Development focus).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and practices.
• Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, Python, or .NET.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns: RESTful APIs, SOAP, ESBs, and messaging systems.
• Experience with data modeling and database technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the Leankor platform.
