Description

You will architect scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for the healthcare sector. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions meeting healthcare industry requirements and compliance standards.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of Health Cloud features, including Setup, Care Program, and Care Management modules.
• Configure and optimize Health Cloud components like Providers, Member Services, and Care Plans to improve patient coordination.
• Integrate Salesforce Health Cloud with third-party systems, EHRs, and external applications using APIs.
• Provide technical leadership and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure solution quality and system reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture.
• Extensive experience with Agent Force and Data Cloud implementation.
• Advanced proficiency in Health Cloud Setup and configuration.
• Deep expertise in Care Program (Patient Services) and Care Management modules.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud Providers functionality.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce declarative tools.
• Experience integrating Health Cloud with EHRs via APIs.
• Solid understanding of HIPAA and healthcare data privacy requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to develop and manage complex data models within Health Cloud.
