Description

Lead architecture design and hands-on development for Salesforce Health Cloud, focusing on the Provider Network Management module.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio components, including Guideflows, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and FlexCards.
• Develop custom logic using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to extend platform capabilities.
• Support and optimize provider credentialing workflows within the Health Cloud ecosystem.
• Provide architectural guidance for Salesforce ecosystem integrations and enforce development best practices.
• Collaborate with technical leads and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall Salesforce experience with a proven technical lead capacity.
• Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, specifically the Provider Network Management and Health Provider modules.
• Strong background in Salesforce OmniStudio (formerly Velocity), including configuration and implementation.
• Proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for custom development.
• Direct experience supporting provider credentialing processes in large healthcare systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with companies that previously worked within Velocity before its rebrand to OmniStudio.
• Background in supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations within provider organizations.
