Description

You will design and lead large-scale Salesforce implementations and digital transformation initiatives as a Technical or Solution Architect.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise-grade Salesforce platform architecture and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Lead complex technical implementations, managing scope, risk, and delivery for large-scale projects.
• Identify platform limitations and drive solutions that align with business goals.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives by leveraging Salesforce capabilities for enterprise efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total IT experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.
• 3+ years of experience specifically as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Technical Architect.
• Proven track record leading large-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform limitations, governance, and enterprise architecture patterns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex digital transformation initiatives beyond standard CRM implementations.
