Description

Architect and lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce architecture and governance for code quality and scalability.
• Lead technical teams in designing and implementing complex integrations.
• Drive production support and resolve critical technical issues.
• Manage stakeholder communication and technical leadership across projects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce expertise.
• Deep proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Community Cloud.
• Strong backend development skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.
• Frontend expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for system integration.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration tools including Boomi, APIGEE, and Kafka.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SSO, Identity Access Management (IAM), and Order Management solutions.
