Design and implement secure Salesforce architectures to optimize field service operations.

Responsibilities

• Design application architectures following established best practices.
• Conduct client meetings to define and solicit technical business requirements.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance throughout the project implementation lifecycle.
• Perform technical design and application code reviews.
• Validate technical implementations and provide architectural recommendations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical architecture roles.
• Extensive experience working in field service environments.
• Hands-on experience with Field Service Lightning.
• Service Cloud Consultant certification.
• Field Service Lightning Consultant certification.
• Strong technical design documentation skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Excellent presentation and oral communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification.
