You will design secure technical solutions that maximize the Salesforce platform for field service environments.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions and ensure Salesforce application design best practices are followed.
• Lead client meetings to elicit technical business requirements.
• Provide technical oversight, guidance, and validation throughout the project implementation.
• Conduct technical design and application code reviews.
• Maintain a comprehensive technical understanding of the entire project solution.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in technical architecture roles.
• Extensive experience working within field service environments.
• Hands-on experience with Field Service Lightning.
• Strong technical design and documentation capabilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.
• Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
• Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant.
