Description

You will design and implement complex Salesforce solutions for Service Cloud and contact center environments, owning the full lifecycle from business requirements to technical delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, including customizations and data migrations.
• Lead architectural decisions and define technical strategies across the organization.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems such as ERP, marketing automation, telephony, and analytics platforms.
• Manage API integrations and contact center service implementations.
• Mentor development teams and translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Deep expertise in Service Cloud and contact center solutions.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST).
• Proven track record in API integration and complex data migrations.
• Strong understanding of CRM principles, sales processes, and customer service operations.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Application Architect (CAA) certification.
• Advanced degree in a technical field.
