Description

You will design and implement technical solutions to optimize the Salesforce environment and RevOps processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Assess and resolve technical pain points within the Salesforce environment and integration architecture.
• Design and implement Salesforce integrations, enhancements, and technical solutions based on business requirements.
• Establish governance frameworks, validation processes, and change advisory boards.
• Manage a team of contractors and analysts to execute business requests and projects.
• Collaborate with Salesforce and NetSuite teams to streamline processes and maintain data integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce architecture, integrations, and governance.
• Hands-on experience writing code, handling integrations, and performing technical validation.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Service Cloud and middleware platforms such as Caligo.
• Strong understanding of RevOps tools and technologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation for processes and solutions.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certifications.
• Experience with NetSuite integration and administration.
