Lead technical design and delivery of large-scale Salesforce implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead global delivery teams to execute complex, large-scale implementations.
• Own the technical architecture for end-to-end Salesforce projects.
• Drive pre-sales solutioning and participate in requirement discovery meetings with clients.
• Communicate technical solutions and architectural decisions to client stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Architect.
• Proven track record of delivering Salesforce implementations.
• Hands-on experience with pre-sales solutioning.
• Experience leading global delivery teams.
• Ability to manage requirement discovery processes.
• Strong technical communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
