Description

Own the complete Salesforce Service Cloud solution and technical architecture for enterprise-level customers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including data flow and integrations with enterprise solutions.
• Lead onshore and offshore teams of developers, admins, and analysts through design, development, and launch phases.
• Develop technical specifications, conceptual design documents, and detailed configuration workbooks.
• Execute independent Proof of Concepts for specific architecture and integration concepts.
• Perform org health checks, analyzing configurations, customizations, and security settings to mitigate technical risks.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in software project implementations related to CRM/Service Cloud.
• 7 years of experience with Salesforce.com web services, including REST, SOAP, and modern integration methods.
• 2 years of experience in a Team Lead capacity.
• Deep expertise in Force.com platform development, including Apex, Triggers, Lightning, and Workflow rules.
• Hands-on experience with both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and XML.
• Proven ability to conduct technical workshops and define complete solution architectures.

• Salesforce.com Certifications.
