Description

Design and govern enterprise-scale Salesforce architecture, including security, integration, and DevOps pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern security models, identity management, encryption, and least-privilege enforcement.
• Design integration solutions using APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and middleware.
• Oversee advanced declarative (Flows) and programmatic (Apex, LWC) development patterns.
• Manage enterprise DevOps, CI/CD workflows, second-generation packaging, and automated testing.
• Define platform strategy and technical roadmaps for large, regulated organizations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience in large, regulated, or global environments.
• Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, and metadata-driven development.
• Strong knowledge of API integration, OAuth, and event-driven patterns.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools, Git workflows, and release management (e.g., Copado, Gearset).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, and Experience Cloud Consultant.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Sharing & Visibility Architect, Data Architecture and Management Designer, or Integration Architecture Designer.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
