Description

Lead the design and development of Salesforce CRM applications integrated with internal systems and enterprise-wide initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement Salesforce initiatives with enterprise-wide impact.
• Act as Technical Lead for Salesforce CRM application design and heavy internal integrations.
• Lead onshore and offshore development teams through the project lifecycle.
• Manage projects as a Technical Solution Architect and Delivery Manager.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical architecture and delivery management.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Pardot.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Knowledge of general AI architecture using Snowflake.
• Proven project management experience.
• Experience managing distributed development teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
