Description

You will design and deliver CRM solutions, defining system landscapes and bridging gaps between current and desired end-states. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software components using Service Oriented Architecture and integration patterns.
• Manage Salesforce org merges, complex integrations, and data quality or migration designs.
• Implement new Salesforce instances from scratch, including configuration, customization, and programming.
• Deploy components including Visualforce, Apex classes, web services, APIs, and AppExchange packages.
• Communicate technical architectures and solutions to executive stakeholders and business teams during workshops.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of professional experience.
• Mandatory Salesforce Architect certifications.
• Mandatory knowledge of Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Expertise in Apex APIs, Apex Triggers, and Salesforce configuration.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, XML, SQL, J2EE, and Oracle.
• Experience with Salesforce integration between disparate business systems and integration tools.
• Hands-on experience with Visualforce, Flex, HTML, and Workflow Alerts/Actions.
• Strong background in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with retail banking domain solutions.
• Implementation expertise in Sales and Service Cloud.
