Description

Design and own end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design system landscapes and define integration strategies with internal and external systems.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, platform events, and change data capture.
• Create and maintain secure, scalable data models using custom metadata, external objects, and field-level security.
• Lead technical strategy for scalability and maintainability across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
• Proficiency in Apex programming, including triggers, classes, and asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Future).
• Advanced experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura.
• Expertise in Salesforce Data Modeling, schema design, and large data volume (LDV) strategies.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
• Experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
• Deep knowledge of security architecture, including OAuth, SSO, role hierarchy, and Shield Platform Encryption.
• Must hold Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud Consultant certifications.
• Data Cloud, CRM Analytics, Einstein Discovery, or Agentforce Specialist certifications.
