Description

You will own test automation and quality assurance for complex Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Cypress.
• Create test plans for Sales and Service Cloud covering UAT, regression, and end-to-end flows.
• Validate data integrity across Salesforce objects using SOQL and Data Loader.
• Test asynchronous integrations and verify sharing rules, profiles, and permissions.
• Triage and manage defects in JIRA to ensure traceability and timely resolution.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of applied software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Cypress for test automation.
• Deep knowledge of SOQL and Data Loader for data validation.
• Expertise in UAT, regression, functional, non-functional, and data testing.
• Experience writing synchronous and asynchronous production code.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and JIRA.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Understanding of Agentforce features and testing strategies.
• Experience in the financial services sector.
