Description

Lead the QA team and manage end-to-end testing for Salesforce applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define test strategy, plans, and automation approaches for Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, and automation tests.
• Implement and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium or WebdriverIO.
• Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Manage defect tracking, reporting, and quality metrics using JIRA and qTest.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
• Strong expertise in testing Salesforce applications.
• Proficiency in automation tools: Selenium, WebdriverIO, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Programming skills in Java or JavaScript.
• Experience with API testing using Postman or REST Assured.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with cloud testing platforms like Sauce Labs or BrowserStack.
• Domain knowledge in Insurance, Banking, or CRM.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading QA teams and mentoring junior engineers.
• Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
