Description

Applying testing methodologies, principles, and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Develop & execute test plans to identify bugs and their causes

Debugging and troubleshooting

Test bug fixes

Participate in retrospectives

Monitor bug resolution efforts and track success within JIRA

Conduct testing across various UIs and devices

Develop testing programs for negative testing and usability

Business Analyst support for release management activity, testing and writing defects, regression testing, testing bug/fixes to see if it meets business needs

Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders on Agile sprint team

Ability to manage deployment process in specific domain area, coordinating with stakeholders as needed

Able to build strong relationships with business partners to ensure technology alignment with business priorities

Excellent communication skills

 

KEY COMPETENCIES

 

  SF Testing experience on Service & Sales Cloud (Must Have)

  Experience with web UI automation using Selenium / Mabl (Preferred)

  Exposure to Test Automation Framework development (Good to Have)

  Experience in technologies like Javascript, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, JSON, Ajax, XML, XSLT, Angularjs (Good to Have)

  Experience with Community Cloud (Good to Have)

  Relevant certifications will be an add-on  

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 

 

5+ years of relevant experience. 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to be persuasive yet diplomatic
