Description

You will own the test strategy and execution for complex Salesforce implementations, focusing heavily on Health Cloud and Service Cloud modules. You must combine deep domain knowledge with strong coding skills to build and maintain robust automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Core Java for Salesforce Lightning UI and API layers.
• Manage test cases and defects using JIRA, ensuring comprehensive coverage for Case Management and Health Cloud features.
• Perform API testing using RestAssured to validate backend integrations and data integrity.
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot failures and improve automation framework stability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall QA experience with at least 5 years specifically in Salesforce testing.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience testing Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Core Java coding; candidates must write and maintain code, not just use record-playback tools.
• Strong expertise with Selenium WebDriver for Salesforce Lightning UI automation.
• Experience with API testing tools, specifically RestAssured.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA for test case management and tracking.
• Proven ability to build and maintain automation frameworks from scratch.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications in Salesforce or automated testing.
• Experience with integration testing across Salesforce and external systems.
