Description

Lead technical design and architectural blueprinting for enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Convert product requirements into scalable system architectures and technical designs.
• Lead conceptual and technical solution design for feature improvements while ensuring compliance with architectural standards.
• Develop technical artifacts to support development, quality assurance, and partner integration.
• Monitor and approve configuration, solution architecture, and development aspects of assigned features.
• Design system architectures that improve performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical leadership or technology consulting on large enterprise projects.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 1+ years of experience specifically with Salesforce Automotive Cloud.
• At least 3 Salesforce certifications, including Communities and Lightning.
• Expertise in Apex coding, triggers, batch processes, Visualforce, and Lightning Experience.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture: Sales, Service, Marketing, and Community Clouds.
• Strong data modeling skills and expertise in custom objects and database design.
• Experience integrating Salesforce using BULK, REST, SOAP APIs, Change Data Capture, and Pub/Sub.
• Proficiency in managing governor limits and Force.com platform custom application design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with B2B Commerce.
• Familiarity with user experience best practices.
