Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement scalable Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions.

Design and configure B2B Commerce storefront architecture.

Work on end-to-end cart and checkout flows.

Design and manage product catalogs, categories, pricing, and product data.

Understand and implement B2B buyer journeys and commerce processes.

Gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce Commerce solutions.

Design integrations between Salesforce B2B Commerce and external/enterprise systems.

Work with Salesforce development teams on customizations and enhancements.

Support solution design, technical documentation, testing, deployment, and production support.

Troubleshoot complex Commerce Cloud issues and provide scalable solutions.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams.

Provide technical guidance and mentor junior Salesforce consultants.

Mandatory Skills

8–15 years of Salesforce experience

Deep, proven hands-on experience in Salesforce B2B Commerce

Strong experience architecting and implementing B2B Commerce solutions

Strong understanding of B2B Commerce storefront architecture

Hands-on experience with Cart & Checkout flows

Strong Catalog Management experience

Experience with B2B commerce business processes and buyer journeys

Salesforce configuration and customization experience

Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations and APIs

Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams

Good to Have

Salesforce Commerce Cloud / B2B Commerce certifications

Experience with Salesforce CRM integration

Experience with payment, order management, and ERP integrations

Apex / LWC / Salesforce development knowledge

Experience in large-scale enterprise B2B Commerce implementations
