Description

You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical implementation on Salesforce projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with technical feasibility.
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria using Cucumber/Gherkin methodology.
• Collaborate with developers and administrators to ensure accurate solution implementation.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that delivered solutions meet business needs.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancement for existing Salesforce implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, preferably in consulting or professional services.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, specifically Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Lightning Experience.
• Proven experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria using Cucumber/Gherkin.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Exceptional communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator or Advanced Administrator).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
