Description

You will own the analysis, configuration, and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce CRM and PRM projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage SDLC activities including scoping, timeline management, and change management.
• Document use cases, process flows, swim lane diagrams, and functional requirements.
• Lead user acceptance testing and drive business insight through dashboards and reports.
• Determine whether requirements require configuration, customization, or external integration.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum delivery and partner enablement processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years as a Salesforce Analyst or Administrator with enterprise CRM/PRM experience.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
• Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform best practices.
• Hands-on configuration: user management, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, territories, custom objects, page layouts, fields, validations, workflows, flows, and Lightning pages.
• 2+ years in SDLC project management and analysis.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Ability to work with large-scale, complex datasets and Salesforce data tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing and implementing dashboards on Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM.
• Knowledge of Enterprise channel, end-customer sales, and partner management.
