Description

You will bridge business needs with technical solutions as a Salesforce Business Analyst, owning requirements, process design, and release readiness.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business needs from stakeholders via workshops and meetings.
• Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and design future-state solutions within Salesforce.
• Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, data models, and technical specifications.
• Manage the product roadmap, backlog refinement, and scope for Salesforce projects using Agile/Scrum.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business readiness for new releases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analysis role.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce Platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency with CPQ and declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Objects, Fields).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to perform requirements engineering and process modeling (UML, AsIs/ToBe).
• Familiarity with integrations, data migration, and system architecture.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills.
