Description

You will serve as the Salesforce Business Analyst, bridging business needs with technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Gather, elicit, analyze, and document business needs from stakeholders through workshops and meetings.
• Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, data models, and technical specifications.
• Manage the product roadmap, backlog refinement, and scope for Salesforce projects using Agile/Scrum.
• Design and configure declarative features, including workflows, flows, objects, and fields within the platform.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business readiness for new releases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analysis role.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce Platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency with declarative tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, and Objects.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Strong knowledge of Requirements Engineering and process modeling (UML).
• Familiarity with integrations, data migration, and system architecture.
• Ability to write Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Technical Specifications.
• Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills.
