Own the full project lifecycle for Salesforce solutions, bridging business stakeholders and technical teams from inception to completion.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive requirements through the full lifecycle, including estimation and technical delivery.
• Develop, document, and communicate practical business requirements with clear traceability to test cases.
• Map business processes and present functional systems to stakeholders and Executive Leadership.
• Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical users to ensure system understanding.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce business analysis or related experience.
• Proven experience in business process mapping and process analysis.
• Experience maintaining requirement traceability through to test case execution.
• Proficiency with Jira software and business applications.
• Experience with CloudSuite.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with a strong Accounting emphasis.

Preferred Skills

• 2 years of government sector experience.
• Six Sigma, Lean, or equivalent Process Reengineering Certification.
• Prior experience with Salesforce Public Sector product suite, Lawson, or Infor CloudSuite Financials.
