Description

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions with business stakeholders to define requirements, design workflows, and document business processes
• Acquire and document business sign-off on requirements and specifications
• Use AI tools to generate user stories and acceptance criteria from business requirements
• Use AI tools to generate QA test scripts and conduct automated AI-driven testing
• Communicate technical concepts and findings to both business stakeholders and development teams
• Support Salesforce configuration and implementation efforts

Qualifications

• Required
  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on involvement in multiple areas (BA, QA, and technical roles)
  • Proficiency with AI tools and ability to apply them to business analysis and QA workflows
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience communicating with software developers and technical teams
  • Salesforce platform experience
