Description

You will act as a Salesforce Business Analyst focusing on Health Cloud implementations within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

• Map workflows and business processes using specialized mapping software.
• Collect required documentation and verify conformance with established standards.
• Write detailed documentation designed for comprehension across all user learning levels.
• Assess the accuracy of detailed information and select appropriate alternatives from defined options.
• Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders to manage requirements and escalate issues appropriately.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 4+ years of experience working with Salesforce.
• 2+ years of experience specifically with Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using workflow and process mapping software.
• Experience with Data and Business Intelligence tools.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to communicate with diverse audiences.
