Description

You map business workflows and document requirements for Salesforce Health Cloud implementations within an Agile environment. You ensure data accuracy and manage stakeholder relationships while handling shifting priorities.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Map business workflows and processes using industry-standard mapping software.
• Document detailed requirements and technical specifications for users of all skill levels.
• Collect and verify documentation to ensure strict conformance with established standards.
• Assess the accuracy of detailed information and escalate issues to leadership when necessary.
• Manage shifting priorities and timelines while maintaining stakeholder relationships.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 4+ years of experience working with Salesforce.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Experience with workflow and process mapping software.
• Experience with Data and Business Intelligence tools.
• Strong documentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to engage and present to senior leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing projects with high levels of uncertainty and shifting priorities.
