Description

You will lead the implementation and support of Salesforce Billing solutions to manage complex quote-to-cash lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Implement Salesforce CPQ Billing processes including contract renewals, amendments, subscriptions, and tax rules.
• Configure billing schedulers, billing treatments, and invoice generation logic for various subscription terms.
• Integrate the Billing module with downstream ERP applications and product usage data.
• Support month-end closing for billing and accounts receivable, including AR sub-ledger reconciliation.
• Design solutions for e-payment, wallet functionality, and consolidated invoice generation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience implementing Salesforce solutions.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Billing or similar billing platforms.
• Proven experience with at least one end-to-end Salesforce Billing implementation or support project.
• Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash business processes and integration requirements.
• Proficiency in Force.com development using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
• Expertise in configuring billing rules, invoice schedulers, and billing treatment adjustments.
• Experience managing invoicing plans for annual, monthly, one-time, and multi-year subscriptions.
• Ability to handle monthly, quarterly, and annual billing cycles.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce CPQ certification.
• Advanced Billing super badges.
