Description

Act as the functional bridge between business requirements and technical implementation within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Prepare functional design and requirement documents to secure stakeholder sign-off.
• Translate business requirements into actionable instructions for technical team members.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and lead test case reviews.
• Manage project risks through timely escalation and resolution in coordination with management.
• Provide change management support by sharing implementation best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Salesforce CRM, specifically Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Proven experience deploying Service Cloud and Knowledge.
• Completion of at least 2 to 3 full lifecycle implementations.
• Deep understanding of approval principles, work processes, and security controls in CRM platforms.
• Bachelor's degree.
