Description

You will lead requirements definition and analysis for Salesforce implementations, acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders, the product owner, and the development team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the product team in an Agile environment to define Epic vision, break down features, and prioritize user stories.
• Facilitate backlog refinement sessions to finalize user story details, acceptance criteria, and story points.
• Document source-to-target data mappings in coordination with the Agile team, Product Owner, and business stakeholders.
• Identify, quantify, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating impediments to the Scrum Master.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• 2+ years of experience using SOQL to create ad-hoc queries and analyze data.
• Experience leading other Business Systems Analysts on a project team.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks while managing multiple projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the Salesforce platform, specifically Sales and Service Cloud.
• Experience in the financial services (banking) industry.
