Description
You will act as a technical lead for Salesforce implementations, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and document business and functional requirements for Salesforce solutions, including the preparation of functional design documents and securing sign-offs.
- Support the presales process by providing estimations, drafting Statements of Work (SOW), and managing scope changes.
- Lead customer demonstrations and build demo capabilities to showcase solution value.
- Collaborate with technical teams to explain requirements and assist the QA team with test case review and UAT.
- Drive change management support and define go-to-market approaches and collateral in coordination with sales and marketing.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of professional experience with hands-on knowledge in deploying Service Cloud and Knowledge.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce CRM, specifically Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
- Experience completing at least 2 to 3 full lifecycle implementations.
- Strong hands-on Salesforce configuration skills.
- Deep understanding of business processes involving Cases, Knowledge, and Customer 360.
- Proficiency in SOW drafting and Salesforce solutions.
- Solid grasp of approval principles, work processes, and security controls within CRM platforms.
- Ability to manage project risks and provide change management support.
- Any Graduate degree.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- MBA degree.
