Description

You will act as the primary bridge between business units and IT teams to drive Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed functional requirements based on business needs.
• Translate business processes into technical specifications for development teams.
• Manage the product backlog and facilitate Sprint activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external IT teams on integration testing and deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Experience working within Agile Methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.
• Proven ability to manage product backlogs and requirements gathering.
• Experience facilitating integration testing and deployment workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
• Ability to operate in a hybrid work environment in Atlanta, GA.

Preferred Skills

• Prior technical background.
• Direct experience working with the Salesforce platform.
