Description

Document business system architecture, organize data, and write system reports using Salesforce and associated tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced knowledge of documentation processes and business system architecture to assigned systems.
• Analyze data and solve complex problems to support system requirements.
• Lead functional discussions and facilitate cross-communication between user and technical groups.
• Manage work across multiple projects with competing priorities while maintaining high standards.
• Produce clear systems documentation, reports, and presentations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related systems roles.
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with IT Business Management tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite.
• Strong skills in Miro for collaborative documentation.

• Any Graduate degree.
