Description

You will define project requirements and perform business analysis for the Star+Plus 3 pilot program within the Texas Unified Licensure Information Portal.

Responsibilities

• Extract business, functional, and non-functional requirements from business units and IT staff.
• Document AS-IS and TO-BE process flows.
• Plan test cases and perform quality assurance reviews of test scripts.
• Facilitate large group meetings with internal and external resources.
• Establish sprint backlogs and educate staff on agile and scrum processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with general IT SDLC processes.
• 5+ years of experience working on agile projects utilizing scrum.
• 5+ years of experience extracting business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• 5+ years of experience in test case planning and QA reviews of test scripts.
• 5+ years of experience documenting AS-IS and TO-BE process flows.
• 5+ years of experience educating staff on agile and scrum terminology.
• 5+ years of experience mediating competing business requirements.
• 5+ years of experience facilitating large group meetings.
• 4+ years of experience writing database queries and reports to verify application integrity.

Preferred Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with executive staff.
